Located at the heart of the “South Flatz” creative & innovation hub, the retail pavilion at 565 Great Northern Way is ideally situated in the area known as False Creek Flats, right on the path of the Central Valley Greenway. Located on the plaza of 565 Great Northern Way, a 7-storey, 160,000 sq. ft. office building whose design includes a public plaza and a pedestrian connection aimed to integrate with Emily Carr University and the future SkyTrain station at Thornton Street and Great Northern Way. 565 Great Northern Way is the first piece in the “South Flatz” development, to be joined by two 150,000 sq. ft. buildings at 515 and 521 Great Northern Way, slated to begin construction in 2019 along with another three buildings at 577 Great Northern Way, 887 Great Northern Way and 901 Great Northern Way.
