Additionally, the team has grown to become a leading investment sales team in Vancouver with approximately $1,000,000,000 in 2015-2017 transaction value.
Situated in the thriving financial core of Downtown Vancouver, CBRE Limited brought its unique and respected approach to commercial real estate brokerage services to the Vancouver marketplace in 1984. Over the past 28 years, the Vancouver office has excelled at providing the real estate community with expertise in office, industrial, retail, and investment sales and leasing, growing to approximately 65 real estate professionals and 105 full time staff.
